I looked up Mike Johnson, (R), LA, and found out all I needed to know in the first sentence. OMG! Not another one….

Rep. Mike Johnson, Republicans’ latest nominee to be the next speaker of the House, has been a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump and was a key congressional figure in the failed efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Johnson is a constitutional lawyer who has used his talents to craft some creative — and controversial, maybe illegal — theories. The most notable is his role in devising an argument aimed at keeping Donald Trump in power even though he lost the 2020 election.

A New York Times article last year called Johnson “the most important architect of the Electoral College objections” on Jan. 6, 2021. 

Yup, just what the House and America needs. Another moron who swallows The Big Lie that over sixty courts said is BULLSHIT, and is under the control of a morally bankrupt, LYING, insurrection inciting criminal conman.

Nice choice, Pubs…..

Johnson also sent an email from a personal email account in 2020 to every House Republican soliciting signatures for an amicus brief in the longshot Texas lawsuit seeking to invalidate electoral college votes from multiple states.

The jerk should be on trial, not in control.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
