Where’s that $1,5 TRILLION gonna come from, when the Pubs buy the election?

 In Trump's recent Truth Social video, he did not detail where the money would come from or who would authorize the payments.

$5,000 payment would need congressional approval

A massive payout to the public would require Congressional approval, with House Speaker Mike Johnson telling host Kristen Welker on NBC's "Meet the Press" that Republicans would "try" to implement the $5,000 dividend checks.


"Like every idea that the president comes up with, he's a great idea generator”, (like drinking bleach?) Johnson told Welker. "We're going to process that in Congress and figure it all out."


Welllll, I’m glad that’s settled, for you morons who are looking forward to your checks.

Saw a good movie yesterday,

that really showed how fast time flies. Argo is about the hostage crisis in Iran, 33 years ago, and has a bit of history at the the beginning, that most of us have forgotten, as in WHY the Iranian people were SO pissed off at Americans. In 1953, the popularly elected president of Iran was replaced by the Shah of Iran, in a coup directed and financed by the CIA and the US, to protect America's Big Oil interests, much the same way Saddam Hussein was installed in Iraq. The shah, like Hussein, was a despot who tyrannized the people and looted the treasury. When he was overthrown, in a populist revolution, he fled to the US, but the Iranians wanted to put him on trial. Hence, the Iranian mobs took out their anger on the US embassy and it's workers. Am really conflicted,

with the 'scandals' in Wahington. First of all Benghazi is not a scandal, no matter how hard the Pubs try to make it into one. BUT, the IRS and AP affairs have some merit, although the Tea Party (created and supported by the Koch bros) and FOX News are just arms of the Repub Party, whose sole intent is to take down Obama and the Dems, by any and all means. That is a given. SO, should the Dems just roll over when they are constantly under attack? No, BUT, they need to fight legally, and using the IRS and stifling a free press isn't right either. Not NEARLY as egregious as the last admin's behavior, but wrong, none the less. Personally, it just makes me more disgusted at the dirty game of politics that is all about the power and money involved, rather than doing what is best for the people.
