As I watch CU vs UCLA,
and see a player carried off with a broken leg, I can't help but think about all the broken bones I've had. Fifteen, not 14 or 16, but 15. From a compound fracture when my mother fainted, ON me, to a broken tibia in the Nebr State B-ball tourney, to a broken thumb that touched my wrist, I can relate to broken bones. Not fun, BUT, sprained ankles were more painful. The bad news? Those breaks are becoming arthritic, which I heard could happen, but didn't realize what it meant. Ain't no fun getting old...
