It's really too bad,

that Romney's concession, and Obama's acceptance speeches were on so late in the evening, presumably because Mitt had only written a victory speech. Both men's oration was excellent. If Mitt could have come across with that kind of humanity, vs the robotic, human-like persona of his campaign, he would have won. Obama was back to his old self, and his soaring rhetoric actually made me think, at least temporarily, that maybe we can fix this country. However, in the harsh light of a new day, I still believe GW's wars, damage to housing, jobs, deficit and the general economy was too deep and long lasting for us to avoid a major 'reckoning'.
