The budget crisis

manufactured by Congressional Republicans will never succeed at halting health care reform, but it has already caused long-lasting harm. It will preserve the deeply damaging spending cuts, known as the sequester, that are costing jobs and hurting the lives of millions. The same crowd who had no problem with putting 2 wars, 'off the books', spending money like drunken sailors and writing $860 BILLION in checks to their Big Bank buddies have now developed a 'fiscal conscience', and are sticking with the 'sequester' that was supposed to be so onerous it would force them to negotiate. HA! Any compromise or negotiation from these jerks is looked upon as sedition by their Tea Party backed districts and they are much more concerned with reelection than taking care of the country's business. In fact, their ONLY chance to defeat Hillary in 2016 is if the economy is failing, SO, they are doing everything in their power to make it happen. Nothing new here, but sickening, just the same.
