Saw Mark Knopfler and band (Dire Straits) last night a Red Rocks, consistently vote the NUMBER ONE concert venue in the world. Was a perfect late summer evening with great seats. A birthday gift from the kids.


Was really good, but could have been a bit better if I could have had some input on the play list. With SO MANY great songs I was surprised they didn’t play more of their ‘hits’. Mark chose to concentrate more on ‘deep cuts’, featuring his band on instruments other than his smoking guitar.

Great evening out and lots of good music in the best concert venue EVER, but would have liked to have heard more of the songs that made him one of the best guitarists of his generation.

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
