Thanks to Dotard/DeJoy, the USPS is just ONE of the govt agencies that the Orange Clown screwed up.

 I gotten the same msg from several different places.

You may have heard that the postal service is experiencing delays, which could affect mail sent to and from.....

Thanks again, all you gullible sheep, for all the Late Charges, suffered by those who can least afford it, by giving us Dotard.
