Just saw the latest data on the Denver housing market, and it’s up 7%, which isn’t that unusual, IF it’s a yearly number.

 BUT, it’s a monthly rise. Seven percent in one month, on top of a crazy market, as more people want to move to Colorado, and the Front Range.

Bottom line, it will help keep the crowds from moving in, and making things more crowded, in our special part of the world.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
