AS IF there’s ever been a doubt…as to whose side Captain Bonespurs is on…in Russia’s war to take over the brave people of Ukraine. Whenever there’s a choice, Dotard backs his pai/hero in the Kremlin, throwing Zelensky into the fire. Now, with the deal to buy Russian oil, while telling Zelensky not to strike Russian refineries, the asshole isn’t even being subtle anymore.

 

Trump Gives Putin a Hand in Russia’s Economic War With Ukraine

President Trump is moving to buy Russian diesel while also pressuring Ukraine to halt attacks on refineries, a lifeblood of Moscow’s war machine.

The diesel agreement, if it goes ahead, will send billions of American dollars into the Russian economy, energy experts said. A halt to refinery strikes, if Ukraine accedes to one, could be much more valuable to the Kremlin.

Ukraine is expected to get nothing in exchange as Mr. Trump enlists Russian help in his effort to bring down sky-high diesel prices, caused mostly by the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran, before the midterm election early next month.

Moscow remains free to continue attacking Ukrainian ports, steel factories, warehouses, power plants and data centers.


In other words, the same old shit from Putin and Boss Hogg, who get insanely rich as oil prices stay high, vs Zelensky and the brave fighters in Ukraine.

It’s good to know Captain Bonespurs little Excursion is going well, and we can expect gas and diesel prices to come down, soon.

  At least 11 tankers have been attacked in and around the Strait of Hormuz since last Monday, threatening a recovery in Persian Gulf oil exports as fighting spreads across the region. Four of the attacks occurred in the past two days, underscoring the risks facing ships despite supposed protection from U.S. forces,  The New York Times  reported Monday.
