Just came across a short video of Dotard cheating on the golf course, as his caddie ‘drops’ a ball for him, outside the nasty bunker he was in, and it reminded me…He uses a hot rod cart to get out in front of everyone.

 Trump previously criticized his Democratic predecessor, Barack Obama, for spending too much time on the links. “Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf. Worse than Carter,” he said in 2014.

Two years later, while campaigning for president, Trump promised to take a different approach. “I’m going to be working for you, I’m not going to have time to go play golf,” he told supporters in 2016.

Trump has also faced longstanding accusations of cheating on the course. Sportswriter Rick Reilly explored those allegations in his 2019 book, Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump.

The president has denied cheating, arguing last month that his extensive Secret Service detail makes it impossible for him to do so, even if he wanted to.

Yeah riiiiiggghht…like they’re gonna call you on it?… You cheating jerk.

Saw a good movie yesterday,

that really showed how fast time flies. Argo is about the hostage crisis in Iran, 33 years ago, and has a bit of history at the the beginning, that most of us have forgotten, as in WHY the Iranian people were SO pissed off at Americans. In 1953, the popularly elected president of Iran was replaced by the Shah of Iran, in a coup directed and financed by the CIA and the US, to protect America's Big Oil interests, much the same way Saddam Hussein was installed in Iraq. The shah, like Hussein, was a despot who tyrannized the people and looted the treasury. When he was overthrown, in a populist revolution, he fled to the US, but the Iranians wanted to put him on trial. Hence, the Iranian mobs took out their anger on the US embassy and it's workers. Argo, based on a true story, tells how Hollywood helped smuggle six Americans back home, with a fake movie. Good flick that explained a lot about why 'they hate us' over there, and brought back many memori...

Am really conflicted,

with the 'scandals' in Wahington. First of all Benghazi is not a scandal, no matter how hard the Pubs try to make it into one. BUT, the IRS and AP affairs have some merit, although the Tea Party (created and supported by the Koch bros) and FOX News are just arms of the Repub Party, whose sole intent is to take down Obama and the Dems, by any and all means. That is a given. SO, should the Dems just roll over when they are constantly under attack? No, BUT, they need to fight legally, and using the IRS and stifling a free press isn't right either. Not NEARLY as egregious as the last admin's behavior, but wrong, none the less. Personally, it just makes me more disgusted at the dirty game of politics that is all about the power and money involved, rather than doing what is best for the people.
