Reason #7483, why I 'Can't Stand Them'(R).


The last time we had a gas tax increase, here in Colorado, was 1993. We've grown 'just a bit' since them, and our roads, bridges and infrastructure need YUUUGE maintenance, improvements and expansion, BUT, whenever an increase is proposed, like when gas prices went WAY down and a gas tax was popular among the people, the Party of NO! shot it down.
Why, you ask?
 Cuz these Jackholes(R) are afraid of (unelected) Grover Norquist, and they signed a NO TAX increase pledge to help get elected, and no matter how much we NEED it, the jerks(R) won't approve it, cuz Norbert and his clowns will give them a 'Black Mark' when they wanna be re-elected, SO, these dickless wonders(R) put their own welfare above the needs of their constituents, and vote down necessary funding for much-needed highway funds, BUT. they force Ethanol, and all the problems that creates, on us, to fund their Red State buddies.
Just one more reason why I can't stand them(R).....

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
