Did anyone else

see 60 Minutes, tonight? An hour long interview w/Barack Obama. Amazing. The quiet confidence, understated strength and undeniable intelligence just radiates from him. I just don't understand how anyone could look at him, with anything approaching impartiality and not be impressed. What a change. The obstacles are HUGE and numerous, but if there is anyone who could rise to the occasion, I just get the feeling that we have the right guy at the right time. I just wonder if he has an S on his chest, cause that's what it's gonna take, to clean up the mess that W left.

I heard via radio news the Catholic Church is telling its members who voted for Barack Obama, they may not take Communion. This is because of his stance on Abortion and Stem Cell Research.
Are we in the Dark Ages again? The Reformation? Will there be "Obama Hunts"? It's perfectly holy to force an American to fight in a war and kill others, but not give a woman a choice on aborting a fetus. This is like military intelligence or George Bush getting into college on his own merit..it's nonsense.

Speaking of Obama...
Everything in the media regarding Catholics and not being allowed to stand by this man are completly true. Why should we? It's not any humans choice to abort babies or kill anyone for that matter. I attend a Catholic University outside of Philly and everything has changed now that "he is our president. As long as taxes dont go too overboard I'll be tollerant of him. Either way, the Catholic church does not think it is "It's perfectly holy to force an American to fight in a war and kill others, but not give a woman a choice on aborting a fetus." They disagree with both these issues and for good reason. Once a life comes in danger, the church speaks out; it's what they do.
