Interesting article in Denver Post this morning

The unemployment rate in Colorado is down to 2.9%, and the average home price is $353K, up from $310K in 2014 and $280K in 2013. Wow, why would anyone wanna live in CO?
In other news, the 4-20 Festival with Snoop Dogg and many other performers, is going on, outside today, while we are expecting about a foot of snow. I'm doubting that many actually leave their couches, when they can just fire up the music, at home...
