with the Orange Clown leading parade, are breaking their arms, patting themselves on the back, for a tax break that is totally 'unpaid for'. Sorta like their wars.
The Dems TRIED to do stuff like this, but they were always stymied by the 'fiscally responsible' party, who would do NOTHING if it wasn't 'paid for', UNTIL, they get the purse strings, then ANYTHING GOES!
Who cares about paying for it, as long as it panders to the 1% and gets votes from the minions?
