All politicians exaggerate. All politicians hedge facts to suit their arguments. But practically no politician has ever stretched the truth to -- and past -- the point of breaking more than President Donald Trump.
According to The Washington Post's irreplaceable Fact Checker blog, Trump has said more than 3,200 partially or totally inaccurate things in his first 497 days in office. That's 6.5 mistruths a day. Every day.
The stat in the Fact Checker post that really took my breath away was this: In his campaign rally for Rep. Marsha Blackburn's Tennessee Senate campaign on Tuesday night, Trump said 35 things that weren't true. 35! (I went through that speech line by line.)
Does such outrageous LYING bother the sheep?
NOT AT ALL. They are used to it and according to the Orange Clown himself, he could 'shoot someone in Times Square' and no one would care.
What does that tell you about Dotard and his minions?
All we need to know....

piss off some people, but sometimes I just want them to wake up and use the brain they were born with. When you get a LOT of people who don't care about facts, and are proud of the fact that they, 'take it on faith', you got a treasure trove for a political organization. Joila! The Christian, Repub Party unholy alliance is born. These people don't need any proof, they just take stuff 'on faith', and are PROUD that they can 'turn off their brain' when there's a conflict between fact and faith. This was HUGE, when Karl Rove and those of his ilk realized the possibilities. Hence, the modern Repub Party/Christian coalition.
