How does Bullshit Mountain report it? "Feds Protect Turtles at Expense of Rancher". No Shit! Because there are endangered tortoises on the land, FOX uses that angle to mislead the ignorant sheep that get their 'news' from them. I am continually amazed at the lengths the FOX clowns will go to in their efforts to skew the facts and present their distorted views as legitimate 'news', but this is one of the worst, AND it's brought FOXHole nutballs out of the woodwork, armed with automatic weapons, to 'protect' the rancher who's using public land to enrich himself. Un-f''ing-believable, but SO typical of the agenda at Bullshit Mountain.
