I think it's SO stupid,

to ban fracking in Colorado and elsewhere, as some are trying to do. It may not be official 'Liberal' thinking, but, if there is abundant water and legitimate oversight, from everything I've read and heard, there is definitely a place for fracking, especially when, 'Compared to What?' There is no such thing as completely safe, cheap, reliable energy, SO, you gotta use the best available choice, which happens to be natural gas, from fracking.
AND, while we're on the subject, if stopping the Keystone pipeline would keep Canada from developing the tar sands, I'm all for stopping it. BUT, if Canada is gonna do it anyway, in a dirty, environmentally devastating scenario, and then ship the oil by rail, I guess the pipeline would better than rail cars. Kind of a gray area....

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
