WELLLLL, if I were accused of something, and knew I was innocent, I couldn't wait to be interviewed and testify to my innocence and stop having my name dragged through the mud. Guilty people though, look at it differently, refusing to answer questions under oath.
That would be the Dotard, as he Tweets and screams about the investigation, while refusing to be interviewed. Hmmmm, Who da thunk?
