The average selling price for a single-family home in the Denver-metro area is now $502 986, up 11.8% in the last year.
Wow, think how much higher it would be if we had listened to the rightwingnuts and NOT legalized pot, which they assured us would 'drive business away'?
Good news-bad news as my my home value is going up about $200/day, BUT, I'm not selling, cuz I sure don't want to move, and, we have more traffic. Oh well....
