I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again.

When I built my house, I ran a natural gas line to my BBQ grill, so I don’t have to worry about changing propane tanks.
SOOO, I get the grill really HOT before I throw on the steak. I burn off the residue, cuz I don’t have to worry about the price and the hassle of changing propane tanks.
Natural gas is basically free, as part of your monthly bill, SO, we grill a lot, on a REALLY hot grill, which is how you do good steaks.
