Those of us around as Saigon fell can’t help but notice the same thing is happening in Kabul.

 We, as a nation, SHOULD have learned our lesson, BUT, when faced with a chance to turn on the $$$ spigots available during a war, the Pubs jumped on the channel to do it all over again, in Afghanistan and esp Iraq.

And the ‘defense’ contractors again made billions, while the poor brown people and soldiers sent over to be fodder for the war took the casualties.

We can all see this now, though many(R) don’t give a shit about who started and negotiated the end of ‘another bullshit war on the other side of the world’, where ‘Big Military’ and the revolving door with ‘defense’ contractors made a killing, again, as the VA hospitals and psych wards handle the detritus of their profits.

Same old shit from the Pubs, and it’s not IF they’ll do it again, but when, as long as there are YUUUUGE profits to be made from wars. On the other side of the world.

But just don’t ask them(R), ‘What did we gain from another of your bullshit wars’, spending trillions and losing thousands of Americans?, as they live in their mansions, sailing their private yachts.
