In an effort to provide much needed research

AND stimulate the economy, the prez put forth 'The Brain Initiative', to study and map the human brain, as more seniors are contracting Alzheimer's (that costs society SO much in so many ways), among MANY mental problems among veterans and the general populace. Seems a logical place for funding right? WRONG, if you're the anti-science, party of NO! We can't afford it, they say, as they'd rather build more tanks, ships and fighters that the military doesn't need or want. Same old shit from those who bitch about problems, but refuse to help fix them. It gets SO old, but nothing new here...
