As a public service announcement,

during the 'BBQ season', I'm passing on one of the most simple, but delicious food recipe of summer. Simply throw some 'unshucked' ears of corn on the high rack of your BBQ grill for about 40 mins on medium heat. They 'shuck' VERY easily, with all the hairs coming off, are hard to 'overcook' and are absolutely fantastic. For something a little different, and even better, slather on the butter, then add lemon pepper and garlic salt. WOW! Easy and delicious, which is hard to beat.
