He's not one of the 'Chicken Hawks' who rule the Repub party and have no qualms starting wars based on lies, and then try to defend torture, cuz, 'we were scared and didn't want to get bombed again', SO, we could do whatever we wanted, and ANYWAY, that wasn't torture. BULLSHIT. Listen to McCain.....

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
