Wow, seems SCOTUS is somewhat rational, after they threw out John Eastman appeal to be dismissed from Dotards attempt to overthrow the government, by having Mike Pence be the sole arbiter of the 2020 election that Boss Hogg LOST, although 70% of Repubs won’t believe what over sixty court cases confirmed, as in ZERO fraud.

 But, I shouldn’t confuse those morons with FACTS, as they live in their fantasy world where Don the Con is still the president.

Eastman is considered the legal architect of the plan to have then-Vice President Mike Pence use his ceremonial role to prevent Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election so that Trump could stay in power despite losing the race.
