 The US and world economies were counting on interest rates coming DOWN, which helps nearly EVERYONE. Now, however, as oil prices, which drive up the prices of nearly EVERYTHING, top $100, with no end in sight, it looks like not only do we NOT get the rate cut, but the Fed is gonna be forced to RAISE interest rates, which sucks discretionary income OUT of the economy.
