25 States Sue DHS, FEMA Over Trump's 'Illegal Attempts To Force Them Into Compliance'

More than two dozen Democratic-led states and Washington, D.C., are suing the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, arguing that they wrongfully withheld funding to pressure states into complying with the Trump administration’s election and immigration policies.
