Trump Haitian immigrant crackdown set to hurt the economy

For years, employers from Florida to Ohio have relied on immigrants taking part in a humanitarian program to staff hard-to-fill job openings for field workers, home health aides, slaughter house employees and other hard to fill positions.

Now, they warn, the Trump administration’s sweeping crackdown on immigration is threatening that labor pool.

TPS recipients are homeowners and taxpayers who “are overwhelmingly employed, pay billions annually in taxes and fill essential roles in healthcare, construction, transportation and food production,” the amicus brief read, and now Trump is indiscriminately kicking them out of the country, sending them to places where they have no jobs or housing and in some cases don’t even speak the language.

Thanks a bunch, you MAGA morons….
