AGAIN, the Repubs prove
that they live in a bubble, their own echo chamber that let's them justify outrageous actions, because everyone they talk and listen to agrees with them. The problem? They just listen to the FOX News crew and each other, while the vast majority (and growing) of Americans rightly blame them for the shutdown, and don't like it, at all. This suicide mission is typical of their isolationism, that they think is justified, within the 'idealistically pure' conservative bubble. Bottom line, I think they're gonna learn a valuable lesson, when they lose seats in the next election, BUT, in about 18 years they'll have to re-learn it again, as they are now, cuz they don't live 'in the real world'. I just hope they don't take the economy down with them, like they did last time they were in power.
This just in; There are now 15 Pubs who have 'jumped ship'. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/01/house-republicans-clean-cr_n_4024755.html Two more and there'll be a majority in the House, who openly disagree with Boehner and the Tea Party, BUT, that doesn't mean the end to the shutdown. Must be kinda embarrassing to 'em though, IF they have a conscience.
