Pretty funny here, in Colorado,

as the bastion of Repubs/Conservatives, Colorado Springs, that has the highest % of govt employees, IN THE NATION, is feeling the sting of the Pub's debacle of shutting down the govt, moreso than anywhere in the state. What's not so funny is the people of Estes Park, hit by a natural disaster, now are feeling the effects of a Repub disaster as Rocky Mntn Nat'l Park is shut down and tourists are being turned away and repair crews don't have access through the park, since most routes into town are damaged and closed. One thing is certain, the HUGE majority of Americans blame the Pubs for the shutdown, and they're not gonna forget when it comes to the next election(s). As they say, this cloud has a silver lining.
This just in. After more than 20 Repubs have 'jumped ship', the House now has a majority that would vote to 'stop the madness', BUT Bonehead won't allow an 'up or down' vote, YET. While the Dems are standing solidly together, the whackjobs on the right are slowly unraveling as the few 'sane ones' realize the damage they are doing.

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
