Just found out

from her MRI, that mom has an acute stress fracture of a lumbar vertebrae, suffered when she passed out and fell, in the kitchen, after not taking her blood pressure meds. She has to wear a back brace for 2-3 months while she recovers. I hope it helps to relieve the pain she is going through, as she can't get comfortable in any postion. Looks like she'll be in the hospital a while longer, though I don't know how long at this point. Poor ol' gal is tough, but this is a setback.
