who are playing the Texas Rangers, I see the Texas pitcher, facing the league leading hitter Troy Tulowitski, hit him in the knee with the first pitch, and I'm reminded why (with a few notable exceptions), I can't stand Texans. In my lifetime, I've spent several years, living and working all over the state of Texas, and have noticed a common attitude among the uneducated, (cops aren't required to have a high school diploma), egocentric rednecks. Like the Arabs, their main claim to fame and fortune is by virtue of being born on land with oil beneath, therefore guaranteeing a permanent stream of income, as long as we all drive automobiles. Pols like GWBush and Rick Perry (shown with a 3rd grader trying to teach them how to read), like to claim their prosperity has something to do with good management. Bullshit. They are sitting on a HUGE pool of oil, and they can survive in spite of their ignorance. Prime Repub country, with uneducated, racist rednecks. 'Nuff said. BTW, my attitude comes from MANY experiences over MANY years, in the Lone Star state. The good news? It is always SO nice, to come home to Colorado, and I don't ever have to work there again.
PS, since being hit by the pitch, Troy is 3 for 3, now hitting .425, CarGo is 5-5, and the jerkwad Texas pitchers are walking Arenado, to ruin his 25-game hitting streak. The Rockies have 3 hitters in the top 6 in MLB. Ha! Arenado got a hit, with his last at bat. Wow, they're hot and fun to watch, with the most hits in the big leagues this year, tonight, and over 2 innings to go.
