read the Denver Post and see all the brochures we get, wanting us to sell our house, I see a real disconnect, between the rightwing whackjobs who disparage Coloradans, (with our Liberal thoughts and lifestyle), and the REAL WORLD, where people put their money where their mouth is, and want to move here. Sorry, no one wants to leave, and we don't have room for the wannabes, SO, property values are 'off the chart' and not slowing down. It's called the 'real world', of supply and demand. FOXNews sheep need not apply, unless they have a lot of money, and most of them DON'T, for obvious reasons....

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
