If there was ever a bi-partisan issue,

it should be the problems in the VA, as they are playing games with vets' health. It doesn't seem like a Dem/Repub partisan game, but that's the way it usually goes, when it gets into the pol's hands. Hopefully it can be fixed, and the politicians won't screw it up, but they usually do, as it becomes  political, when it should be a humanitarian issue. If Washington can't deal with this, there is no hope for 'bi-partisanship'.
