after it's been a tradition, since Harding. We didn't know WHY, cuz he LOVES the attention.
BUT, there's reason he won't.
HE CAN'T THROW A BALL. Really....
Trevor Noah showed him trying to throw a ball, and he CAN'T.
He doesn't throw like a girl.... He's not NEARLY that good.... It's REALLY embarrassing.
