There's gotta be a reason that Dotard is on Russia's side,

when it comes to the sanctions that 99% of Congress voted to impose, but he REFUSES to install.
Either he believes in Russia's innocence, contradicting ALL US intel, OR, Putin and the Russians "HAVE' some kind of incriminating evidence on him.
I'm claiming even the Orange Clown isn't stupid enough to believe the Russians are innocent.
He's afraid of blackmail, SOO is saving the Russians BILLIONS by avoiding sanctions.
Even the brain-dead, gullible FOXSheep morons gotta see something SOOO obvious, right?
Or maybe not.... They ain't the brightest bulbs in the fixture, after the voluntary brain-washing they've endured for YEARS.
