As we enter the three week period to get an immigration bill, let me remind rightwingnuts that we would have, could have and SHOUD have an Immigration Bill,


A good hard fought bipartisan bill passed the Senate in 2015 and was sent to the House, where it had sufficient votes to pass. BUT, the Speaker, spineless Paul Ryan wouldn’t submit it, cuz the TEA PARTY had him by the balls. Am not sure WHAT they had on him, but the bill sat there until the session ended and Ryan never came up with a good excuse WHY it never made it to the floor.
I know. The FAR Rightwingnut fringe of the Pub party was exerting their influence, to override the will of the people.
Nothing new then or now.
Screw ‘em and the sheep they rode in on, as FOX made/makes it all possible, with their LIES to the ‘gullible among us’. How ANYONE could get their ‘news’ from the propaganda arm of one party is beyond belief. Sorta like their ‘news’.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
