(UN)Happy Anniversary to Yooouuuu....


Year Two of Donald Trump's presidency ended Sunday, and a happy anniversary it was not. 
The government was still shuttered, his poll numbers were sinking and investigators were circling his campaign and business empire. Newly empowered House Democrats were getting ready to grill Michael Cohen, his former lawyer and fixer, at a committee hearing in a few short weeks. After nearly a month of bruising political deadlock, the human cost of the shutdown kept growing and growing. 
And, the Dems are promising to go after his tax returns, that they claim will PROVE his ties to Russia and Russian money, with impeachment and maybe prison time to follow. Sounds good to me.
Unless, of course, Rudy can convince the non-sheep that ‘Treason isn’t a crime!’ The sheep don’t give a shit.....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
