All inclusive resorts on the beach in Mexico are SO great, with all the food and drink, BUT, when you come home, it’s kind of a shock when you realize you’ve gained a few pounds, and it’s time to reverse the calories.


Easier said than done, but necessary. Lots of salads and fat free meals. Yuck...
Gonna do it though, cuz it’s just part of the ‘all-inclusive’ world that you gotta wean yourself from, and it only gets harder as you get older.
Oh well, am gonna try....
BTW, in the same same vein, tax payers thought they were gonna get a break from taxes, BUT, it was for the RICH, not them, and now instead of getting $ back, they OWE, as they wonder ‘What happened to my tax refund?’

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
