Dotard just doesn’t get it.


The three parts of govt, Congressional, Judicial and Executive branches have EQUAL power, and when the Congressional branch says NO to the Executive for some hare-brained scheme to spend over $5Billion dollars, it means NO.
No president has EVER tried an end run for $$ after being denied by Congress, but no president has been elected with the help of Russia either, as ALL US intel agrees happended.
Never mind, if I gotta explain, you wouldn’t understand.....
