Memorable, mostly good day, Saturday.

We started with the mountain Olson’s celebrating Nate’s b-day bad a wonderful day was had by all. Had great appetizers, brunch with Bloody Mary’s and/orMimosa’s, excellent b-day Bundt cake and a piano concert from Piper, with Tre adding his part on the piano. Ted told us about his latest trip to Algeria that didn’t seem all that fun, BUT, that’s why he gets the big bucks. Then off to the new game room for some ping pong and samples of the new brews.
Fantastic, fun day in the mountains with family.
Can’t beat that......
Then off to Paul and Kathy’s for a We Love Tammie day, before she begins chemo this week. Quite a shock to everyone with her ovarian cancer diagnosis, BUT, if anyone can beat it she will. With her positive attitude, great insurance and all the love she has flowing in from friends I’m looking forward to a good outcome.
Has been snowing intermittently today and makes the sunny beaches of Mexico seem far away, though it’s been less than two weeks. Still trying to lose the weight......but glad we went.
‘Tis President’s Day, which reminds me whenever you think things CAN’T get worse, Dotard always comes through. What can possibly be next? Whatever, I’m sure it’ll be horrible, filled with LIES and supported by his gullible minions.
Oh well, safe and warm, so things could be worse, I guess....
