When I did 'Storms', in disaster areas,

for so many years, under very trying circumstances, I came to the realization that 'Job One' was to stay sane, cuz if you went over the edge, like many adjusters did, under the HUGE pressure, you weren't any good to anyone. I'm claiming that's still important, in daily life, and its easier said than done, for many people. Bottom line, gotta keep it real, or nothing else matters. So many just give in to preachers and politicians who make a living, from fleecing the sheep. When in doubt, trust your brain, and see 'what's real'. Easier said than done, but VITAL, to mental health, which the sheep will never understand, as they believe in myths, while they're being sheered. Nothing new here, from the beginning of time, but REALLY obvious, as getting fleeced isn't painless.
