Interesting article in Denver Post this morning

Last year, over 102,000 people moved to the Denver area, and less than 26,000 housing units were added, counting apts and condos. Since then, the wave of people moving in has increased, but housing construction has gone down. With unemployment under 3%, I don't see the trend changing soon. And you wonder why housing prices are so high and getting higher?

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
