Don't know if this actually works, but am gonna try it the next time we do deviled eggs and have a bunch of hard-boiled eggs to peel. Seems fast and easy...

My way....
Bring water to a rolling boil
Gently place eggs in water while pot is still on stove burner
Let boil for 14 minutes
Remove pot from stove and run cold water over eggs so you can handle them and then put in refrigerator

Let me know how this works for you

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
