A majority of voters in Colorado

voted to legalize cannabis, (and after 4 months it's an even larger majority) for medicinal and recreational use, and a majority of Americans say it should be legal. SO, now there are many dispensaries that are trying to run a legal business, BUT, banks are not allowed to do transactions, so that means it is an all cash business. Can you imagine trying to run an all cash business? It's just a matter of time until employees are killed and wounded by criminals drawn to easy money. Dems have put forward bills to change existing laws so cannabis businesses can use banks like everyone else. Seems logical, right? Not if you are a Pub in the House. As with nearly every other bill that seems logical to a thinking person, the Repubs are obstructing it and have shot it down. The 'Party of NO!', has a natural kneeJERK reaction to everything that their core of Tea Party, rightwing Conservative base doesn't like, no matter what public opinion, (the people they are supposed to represent), says. SO, it remains much harder to track sales tax, withholding, etc, as the Pubs have successfully obstructed ANOTHER bill that obviously should be passed. What a bunch of jerks.....

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
