Not everyone is disappointed though. The top 1%, who own over 90% of the stock market can see this is gonna be a YUUUGE opportunity for Big Oil, Big Banks and Big Pharma (the sectors that propelled the latest gains), to gouge those of us stuck in the 99th percentile.
