A coincidence?

We have had several (3) friends who say they developed 'shingles', the painful skin condition, after receiving a 'deep tissue' massage, SO, I looked it up on-line and it seems this has happened to MANY people. http://en.allexperts.com/q/Massage-1818/2011/3/f/Shingles-massage.htm
This link reports a BUNCH of instances where someone got a 'deep' massage and developed shinlges within a few days, like our friends. Some say the extreme pressure, deep in the muscle can release the chickenpox virus that has lain dormant for many years. Seems possible, and happens too much to be just a 'coincidence'. Am thinking of taking Kathy's advice and getting a vaccination, and staying away from the 'Deep' massage.
