Then it says, 'Prisons'. But, as always, if you read beyond the bullshit headline, (that always riles the sheep), it says that 3 states, Iowa, Illinois and Ohio are THINKING about shifting prison health care costs from the states to the Feds, and MAYBE they'd fall under Obamacre. Same ol' shit from Bullshit Mountain. As always, is hard to limit 'FOX LIES' posts to one per day, here, when they are full of shit, from front to back.
