when they are obviously incompetent, including high school coaches, Texas police officers with no high school degree and State Farm 'storm' supervisors who had ZERO construction experience, AND I recently experienced my mother's funeral. SO, not that I'm condoning it, but I can sorta understand the mindset of the Ft Hood shooter who was given only 24 hours, including roundtrip travel, for his mother's funeral. What kind of jerk authorizes only 24 hours? The kind of jerk who is partially responsible for a someone with PTSD going 'off the deep end', is who. Will be interesting to see how long it takes for the military to own up to their mistake, cuz they usually DON'T. Again, am not saying the shooter was justified, at all, but he had known mental problems (PTSD) and some bureaucratic a-hole gave him a 24 hour leave for his mother's funeral. If someone had to get shot, I hope it was that jerk.
PS. Just what I thought. Today, the 8th, the Army came out with their report, and they detailed all the shooting, but completely ignored WHY the shooter cracked. Typical military BS.
