This is the 10 year anniversary of 'Outfoxed,
Rupert Murdoch's War On Journalism," the documentary that exposed the Murdoch/Ailes network for what it is, the propaganda arm of the Republican party, who paid over $120 million, to be included with 'legitimate' news agencies, which some people never knew, some forgot and others just 'don't care', cuz they can have their biases validated, daily.
From Wikipedia:
To accelerate its adoption by cable providers, Fox News paid systems up to $11 per subscriber to distribute the channel.[19] This contrasted with the normal practice, in which cable operators paid stations carriage fees for programming, and it totalled over $120 million.
"Outfoxed," caused a major stir when it was released in 2004. The film leveled stinging allegations at the network, accusing it of conservative bias, politicized coverage and strategic manipulation of its viewers. Greenwald has said that he thinks the documentary was one of the first forthright attacks on Fox News at a time when many still remained uncertain of its agenda.
Kinda hard to remember when there was even a doubt, but 'Outfoxed' was revolutionary at the time, when some people thought FOX was a legitimate new network. Sadly, there are those out there, and I mean 'Out There', who still look to Bullshit Mountain for actual 'news'. There are also still people who believe the earth is flat. I know, both statements are hard to believe.
